Terms of Service are subject to change. Please make sure to review them each time you are interested in commissioning me. Whenever updates are made to the ToS, notes will be left at the bottom.
General Rules
Client must be 18 years or older.
Commissions are not on a first come first serve basis.
6 Slots for commissions and 6 slots for waitlist are open each batch.
Once all slots are filled up, commissions will close.
Orison has the right to decline any commission for any reason.
Orison retains the rights to every illustration she produces.
Before sending any references or payments for commissions, please wait for Orison to contact you first.

Cheebs - turnaround of 1-2 months*

Please plan commissions accordingly if needing it by a certain date. A rush fee of +20% of total commission cost may be applied.
If commission is expected to take longer than predicted turnaround, Orison will contact client.
Once commission form is submitted, Orison will contact client within a week to further discuss project and final cost.
All commission types will receive an initial sketch for approval. If client must request changes, please do so at this phase.
Sketches are allowed up to 2 revisions, additional revisions afterwards are subject to additional fees.
Any requested changes during lineart/color phase, may be subject to additional fees.
In the scenario that Orison forgets a detail on a character (ex. forgot an earring, or eye color seems a little off), no fee will be added on.
WIP screenshots with watermark will be sent to client for process updates.
Once commission is finished, a screenshot with watermark will be sent for final approval from client.
Remaining balance must be paid first to receive full resolution commission.
Finished commission will be sent as a 300dpi PNG file via Google Drive link unless asked otherwise.
*A little note for turnarounds: I work a full-time job, so the expected time is a little longer and could vary. Please and thank you for being patient with me.
Payments | Cancellations | Refunds
Prices are listed in USD.
Payments are only accepted through Paypal Invoices, Ko-fi may be used as a substitute. Cryptocurrency of any kind will not be accepted.
To begin work, client must pay at least 50% of commission cost.
To receive final work, client must pay remaining balance.
If commission is canceled during sketching process of commission, a partial refund will be made.
If commission is canceled during lineart/coloring process, the initial payment will not be refunded.
Usage & Privacy
Commissions are for personal use only, meaning client may not use Orison's work to make profit or for promotions. Please contact Orison if interested in commercial work.
Clients may use commissions for personal profile pics/banners with credit.
Commissions by Orison may not be used for any part of crypto, NFTs, and AI art.
Client may request for their commission to be private for an additional fee of 10% of total commission cost. This means Orison will not post any WIPs or completed versions of the work on any social media and portfolio.
